Most of the retirement communities reported a much higher sales turnover especially in the higher prices homes. The oil spill scare seems to have tapered off and the economy has improved.  At Coastal mobile home sales  more than tripled our previous sales numbers.  We always need more listings for the numerous sales calls. We never have enough listings.  Golf courses are reducing their rates and motorcycle rides are popping up everywhere. The traffic has let up also. HELLO FLORIDA SUMMER!!!!!!!
